Head of the Museum’s Guards

Ms. Antonia Liakopoulou was born in Arcadia. After completing her circular studies, she was appointed in 1988 as an antiquities guard at the National Archaeological Museum. She worked for many years an assistant to the Head of the Guards, and then she was appointed as Head of the Museum’s Guards (2004-2009), whereas for many years she was employed in its control center.

Since 2019, she has once again assumed the duties of the head of the guards of the National Archaeological Museum. She speaks English.
