She works as an archaeologist at the National Archaeological Museum, Department of Exhibitions, Communication and Education, where she is responsible for international collaborations, organization, creation, communication, promotion of temporary exhibitions, design and implementation of digital and other communication activities (July 2019 to date).
She has served in the Greek archaeological service in Directorates of the Ministry of Culture (2002-2019) and has been involved in issues of antiquities protection, museum management and cultural promotion. She held executive responsibility for cultural heritage and contemporary creation at the Office of the Minister of Culture. She participated in working groups for the legislative regulation of cultural heritage management and museum policy.
She holds a degree in History and Archaeology from the Department of History and Archaeology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master’s degree in Cultural Management from the Hellenic Open University. She has also worked at the War Museum (1996-2001) as a scientific research, recording, documentation and exhibition manager of archival material, and in the private sector (1993-1996) as a manager of planning and presentation of educational activities in museums and archaeological sites. Her scientific interests include cultural policy and management.
