Graduate of the Department of History and Archeology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holder of Master’s degree (MA) in Museum Studies from the same University. From 1988 to 1994, she worked ον the excavation and restoration project of Ancient Messene (Archaeological Society). From 1995 to 2015 she served in central Services of the General Directorate of Antiquities and Cultural Heritage at the Hellenic Ministry of Culture. Since late 2015, she has been working at the National Archaeological Museum as a curator in the Metalwork Collection and has been involving in exhibition projects and activities of the Museum. In addition to archaeological research, she has been involved in issues concerning the operation of archaeological museums and their exhibitions, and has also participated in scientific design teams for permanent exhibitions in public archaeological museums as well as temporary archaeological exhibitions in museums in Greece and abroad.
